Common debugging methods
Part 1: The stroke limiting mechanism has been adjusted before leaving the factory, especially for angular stroke electric actuators, which do not allow adjustment of the cam group. Cam debugging method: The cam mechanism is equipped with four different colored and numbered cam plates. Rotate the handwheel of the actuator to the closed position, adjust the screw slot of 1 (2) (depending on the on-site usage and model), and push down to rotate the cam plate towards the closed direction until the cam just presses the travel switch towards the closed (open) direction. Then turn the handwheel in the opposite direction to fully open the valve, align the screwdriver with screw slot 3 (4), push down and rotate the cam plate towards the open direction until the cam just presses the on/off travel switch (depending on the on-site usage and model). The adjustment of the midway switch is similar to that of the travel switch.

Part 2: Check if the wiring is correct. Rotate the handwheel to center the actuator.

Step 3: Connect the power and adjust the phase sequence.

Step 4: Measure the output of each contact.

Step 5: If it is ZPF-09, WF-01 needs to be adjusted to make the actuator output 4-20mA.

Adjustment method for the positioning module:

1. Connect the power supply, close the actuator in place, and check the current output of terminals 1 and 2 (where 1 is positive and 2 is negative). If the current direction is opposite, then terminals 3 and 5 should be reversed. If the current value is too high or too low, it is necessary to adjust the high-precision position sensor (potentiometer) in the travel limiter to make its current value 0 mA or 4mA.

2. Turn the actuator into place and check the current output of No.1 and No.2. If the current is too high or too low, adjust the P2 (100%) potentiometer to 10mA or 20mA.

3. Close the actuator in place again and check the current output of No.1 and No.2. At this point, there is a slight deviation in the current. It is necessary to adjust the P1 (0%) full potentiometer to 0mA or 4mA.

By repeatedly adjusting twice, accurate 4-20mA analog signals can be output.
